Composition: structural reinforcement bar, outer stranded wire, insert ring, connecting fittings (U-shaped hanging ring, PH-shaped extension ring), structural fasteners, etc.
Usage: withstand full tension. Connect the ADSS optical cable to the terminal, tensile strength (rotation angle greater than 25°) or optical cable connection tower.
Features:
1. The outer stranded wire is directly connected to the tower through a connecting fitting such as an insert ring and bears the line load.
2. The structural reinforcement strip has a certain protection effect on the ADSS optical cable. As a force transmission unit, the main functions are:
(1) The longitudinal compression force is effectively transmitted to the tension bearing unit of the optical cable-aramid, to prevent the outer sheath of the optical cable from being strained due to excessive force.
(2) Transmit axial tension.
(3) The contact area with the optical cable is increased, which is a uniform stress distribution and no stress concentration point.
3. Under the premise of not exceeding the lateral compression strength of the ADSS optical cable, it has a greater grip on the optical cable and can withstand greater tension.
4. The grip strength of the ADSS optical cable is not less than 95% of the ultimate tensile strength (UTS) of the optical cable, which is completely suitable for the needs of optical cable installation.
Order notice:
1. According to the ultimate tensile strength, running distance and outer diameter of the ADSS optical cable, select the appropriate tensile clamp.
2. The relevant parameters of the ADSS optical cable should be provided at the same time: the maximum allowable tension of the optical cable, the daily operating tension and the lateral compression strength.
3. Quantity configuration; 1 set/terminal pole tower; 2 sets/tensile pole tower, rotation angle greater than 25° and ADSS connection pole tower.
4. This cable clamp is recommended for one-time use after it has been subjected to full tension.
